Despite some unenthused kids and some brushes with both the law and members of the Toronto School board, I think everyone ended up having a very nice GO SKATE DAY.  Skateboarding happened, cash and prizing was given out to the deserving few and everyone went home with a smile and a killer tan.

International go skateboarding day this year was just as wild as it was in the past. With new spots and public transit involved, some were slightly skeptical of the event but it turned out to be great! Thanks to all of the sponsors and Color Magazine for an amazing event!

Looks like Nicole Richie has improved her style a bit by rocking some Matix gear. Here she is spotted wearing the “Let’s Go” zip hoody. Now she just has to get her dad to wear an asher or an MJ sweater and our street cred is through the roof!!

Yesterday’s GSD was so big even CTV decided to get some coverage of all the “knuckle draggers” that came out.

DVS and Matix rider, Daewon Song set out on a mission re-create his timeless part from the World Industries video, ‘Love Child’. Unfortunately, due to spots changing over the years he couldn’t pull the whole thing off so he threw some new tricks in there that are amazing. Still so much board control after all these years!
