Habitat Footwear is proud to collaborate with Abby Portner on a footwear colorway pack for Fall 13. Abby is the art director and stage designer for Animal Collective, creating video’s and visual arts of all sorts. Check out the video collab below, as well as a look at the three collaborative shoes!
The Burrard Hotel in downtown Vancouver has added the classic Andy Warhol two-board Marilyn Monrow series from Alien Workshop to it’s art filled walls. This exhibition of limited edition boards is on display in the lobby at The Burrard and has been brought to you as a collaboration between: The Burrard x Color Magazine x Supra Distribution x Alien Workshop x the Andy Warhol Foundation.
Alien Workshop x Chris Reed KTC Instagram Painting Contest
In celebration of Chris Reed’s “Black Metal Beach” KTC graphic, we’re hosting a painting contest.
Participants will be entered to win a limited Alien Workshop deck featuring their artwork as the graphic.
Contest: Create an original painting inspired by the design aesthetic of Alien Workshop & Chris Reed and post it to Instagram with the hashtag #chrisreedalienworkshop. The winner will be chosen by Chris Reed and will have his or her artwork printed on an Alien Workshop deck. The Winner will also receive a Chris Reed “Black Metal Beach” KTC deck, other random goodies, and their artwork featured on alienworkshop.com.
Rules: All entries must be posted on Instagram by Friday, April 12th with the hashtag #chrisreedalienworkshop.
There are no rules as to the content or style of your painting. It can be whatever you choose, but the final size must be 9″ X 34″. If chosen, we’ll contact you with instructions for shipping your artwork.
